Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: 2 years of direct liver/transplant experience required License: Active RN License Certifications: ACLS BLS NIHSS (must obtain prior to start) Must-Have: Strong liver, heart, lung, and kidney transplant experience reflected on skills checklist Proficiency in Misonix/CUSA Experience putting organs back in the new patient, not just harvesting Description: The position involves working from 06:45 to 17:15 with liver call. Other cases will be performed if there are no liver/transplant requirements. Candidates must have strong experience in liver, heart, lung, and kidney transplants. Experience should be clearly reflected on the skills checklist. Submissions without this experience will not be considered. Candidates must be proficient in Misonix/CUSA. All RTO (request time off) must be included at the time of submission. It is a smoke-free facility, and all travelers must be nicotine-free with no exceptions. A negative 10-panel drug screen, including nicotine, is required. The facility is a teaching environment, and candidates must be willing to participate in training. Time-sensitive modules need to be prioritized first once confirmed for the assignment. Two references from direct supervisors or managers must be provided.
