Travel Nurse RN - Operating Room - $2,478 per week in Glendale, AZ

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday - Thursday Hours per Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM Experience: Minimum of 24 months of recent Operating Room experience required. License: Active license to practice required. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS Must-Have: - Life support certifications must be from an approved vendor. - No hits on state license to practice. - Driver's license to verify residency required. Description: Shift time is 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Candidates must have BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Experience in Level 1 trauma settings is required. Candidates should be experienced in Robotic, Neuroradiology, Vascular, General, Gynecology, Urology, and Orthopedic procedures. Candidates must be flexible with locations, shifts, and departments to expedite the offer process. RTO cannot exceed 7 days. No RTO is allowed during the first week of the assignment. Candidates must provide a resume detailing all facilities, departments worked, trauma level designation, and number of beds listed. An OR skills checklist must be completed within the last 12 months. Active practice license must be verified within the last 30 days. All candidates should be pre-closed and ready to accept the position.
