Description:
We are seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse.
The position entails working 5 shifts per week during the day.
This role requires expertise in Cerner charting and experience in a facility with a 14-room OR.
Candidates should have experience in bariatrics, vascular, thoracic, ENT, endoscopic procedures, general surgery, gynecology, neurology, and ophthalmology.
The registered nurse will be responsible for patient care in an energetic and fast-paced environment.
Daily census for the unit ranges from 38 to 47 patients.
Interdisciplinary support will be provided, including interpretation services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, transportation, and unit secretary assistance.
The ideal candidate should have a strong commitment to health and safety standards while providing high-quality patient care.
Candidates will work with advanced surgical equipment, including the DaVinci Xi and Ion Robot.
All candidates must be prepared to float and handle call responsibilities as required.
Candidates must also have supervisory references that validate their experience.
