Travel Nurse RN - Operating Room - $2,516 per week in Pittsburgh, PA

Job Title: RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Rotating shifts (days, evenings, nights) Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Operating Room within the last 3 years is required. Level 1 Trauma experience for at least 1 year out of the last 3 is preferred. A minimum of 1 year of travel nursing experience within the last 3 years is required. License: Current RN license Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS certifications preferred Must-Have: Strong skills in the following areas: General Surgery Orthopedic Surgery Neurosurgery Vascular Surgery Trauma Surgery Robotics (DaVinci experience, including cardiac and driving the machine) Transplant Surgery Description: This position requires participating in rotating shifts, which include days, evenings, and nights. Call duties are mandatory and may occur on weekdays and/or weekends. Weekend obligations may include Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Block scheduling is not available. The call response time is 30 minutes. In-house call rooms are available for staff use if needed. Candidates must not have been previously employed in a regular position. Scrubbing duties are not required for this position. Candidates must possess a strong skill set in the specified surgical specialties.
