The shift will consist of 36 hours over three 12-hour shifts from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm. Call is required as part of the rotation. Baseline call is approximately one day every other week, serving as backup to the staffed night shift. Additionally, there will be approximately one weekend call shift per month, lasting 24 hours. Call requirements may change depending on the needs of the unit. The operating room reserves the right to assign additional call when necessary.
