You will assist with surgical procedures, ensure patient safety, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and document in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, a valid Massachusetts RN license or compact license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and at least 1 year of recent operating room nursing experience.
Recommended skills include strong clinical judgment, adaptability, teamwork, and proficiency with EMR systems. Experience in high-acuity surgical settings and professional nursing organization membership is valued.
