Job Title: RN - OR Circulator Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Circulator Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day shift Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Current RN license Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS preferred Must-Have: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing Credentials in area of practice preferred, such as CNOR, PANAC, and AAOPU for outpatient Certification in BLS, ACLS, and PALS within required timeframes Description: The O.R. Staff Nurse provides professional nursing care to patients across the age spectrum within the Surgical Services Department. This position supervises and coordinates care planning with other disciplines. The role is exempt and represented by a professional organization. Employee must conform with all HIPAA and other confidentiality regulations as required by the job or department. The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee typically encounters while performing the essential functions of the job.
