Description:
The Shock Trauma Operating Room Registered Nurse will work rotating day shifts.
The shifts include a combination of 2x8 and 2x12 hour shifts.
Weekend and on-call commitments are required.
Experience in circulating and scrubbing is mandatory for this department.
Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience.
Clinical expertise in trauma and emergency procedures is essential.
The role involves providing care to patients who require surgical intervention.
Registered Nurses in this position will float within the specialty and peri-operatively, including pre-op and PACU as needed.
On-call responsibilities include 36 hours of pre-scheduled coverage over a six-week cycle.
