Travel Nurse RN - Operating Room - $2,646 per week in Wheeling, WV

Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse Profession: RN (Registered Nurse) Specialty: OR RN - Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Evenings Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Required Certifications: BLS Must-Have: IV skills required. Surgical care knowledge and robotics experience. Scrubbing experience required for RNs. Description: This position is for an Operating Room Registered Nurse. The schedule consists of 4 ten-hour shifts per week from 12 PM to 10 PM. Weekday availability is required with no weekends or holidays. Candidates must have experience with preoperative care. Knowledge of common surgical procedures is essential. The unit handles approximately 55-70 cases per day. Charge Nurse or House Supervisor experience is beneficial. Familiarity with Allscripts and upcoming EPIC go-live is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable with second call requirements every month. Response time for call should be within 30 minutes. Floating between the OR holding area may be required. Scrub color and dress code will be provided by the facility. This is a preoperative area referred to as a surgical center, not a free-standing surgical center.
