This role involves working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, focusing on various specialties. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Operating Room- Perform and assist in robotic, ortho, general, GYN, urology, and other specialized surgeries
- Efficiently scrub and circulate, ensuring patient safety and surgical standards
- Manage call requirements with a 30-minute response time
- Engage in trauma care within Level I/II facilities
- Adhere to all facility guidelines, including COVID patient protocols
Requirements of the RN - Operating Room- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Level I/II Trauma Center
- Previous travel experience required
- BLSSkills certification required
- Experience with Epic charting strongly preferred
- Proficient in using the Da Vinci Xi Surgical System
