Job Title: Registered Nurse - Operating Room Profession: RN Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Preferred acute care facility experience License: Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice required Certifications: - Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required - AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS required Must-Have: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred Description: Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff. Coordinate care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking and professional discretion. Employ independent judgment in patient care. Collect relevant data pertinent to the patient's health or situation. Analyze assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues.
