Key Responsibilities of the OR RN

• Provide high-quality care in the operating room setting
• Manage orthopaedic procedures, ensuring patient safety and protocol adherence
• Float between units as required by the facility
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Coordinate with the surgical team and staff for optimal patient outcomes

Requirements of the OR RN

• Minimum of 2 years of OR experience, with recent experience within the last year
• Strong orthopaedic experience required
• Valid NY State license (or applied for) and willing to float
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Compliant with COVID-19 and Flu vaccine requirements
