The role requires 2 years of experience in a hospital setting. Candidates must have experience in general orthopedic and orthopedic joint procedures, neurovascular, ophthalmology, and ENT. Robotics experience is mandatory. Weekly scheduling includes up to 2 weekends and up to 2-4 call shifts per 4-week period. A BSN is a hard stop requirement for this position. Floating to other units may be required based on census needs. The candidate should be comfortable with a variety of surgical procedures.
