Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse

Description:
The operating room features 15 operating rooms.
The average number of cases per day ranges from 25 to 45.
Common specialties include general, GYN, urology, plastics, robotics, neuro, ortho, spine, EENT, and cardiothoracic.
A Charge Nurse is available 24/7 and does not take a patient assignment but can assist in a room when needed.
Surgical technicians are present, with 1-2 assigned per patient.
On days, there are 3-4 CNAs available, reducing to 1 by 7 PM for room cleaning assistance.
Shifts are 8 hours with various start times: 6:45 AM, 10:45 AM, and 2:45 PM.
Call requirements include approximately once per week.
Weekend call occurs every 3rd to 4th weekend.
Holiday call requirements apply as well.
There are no floating requirements.
Scrubs will be provided for the staff.
Professional casual attire is expected for entering and leaving the facility.
Specific orientation will last one week.
