MA RN LIC COVID SERIES, BOOSTER AND THIS SEASON'S FLU VACCINE REQUIRED Level I Trauma Experience Required BLS, ACLS, PALS OR SCL and Ref within a year RTO upon submission 50 Mile Radius Rule

Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, OR Experience: 2 years Licenses: RN-MA Certifications: ACLS(Copy needed); BLS(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months MA RN LIC
