We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room for a 13-week travel assignment. This opportunity is ideal for experienced OR nurses with prior travel experience who thrive in a fast-paced perioperative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care for patients aged 16 years and older.
- Prepare patients and operating rooms before surgical procedures.
- Assist surgeons and the surgical team during procedures.
- Monitor patients throughout the perioperative process.
- Maintain a safe, sterile environment while adhering to infection control standards.
- Accurately document patient care using the EPIC electronic medical record system.
- Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
