The Role & Required Expertise
As a vital member of the surgical team, you will primarily function as the Circulating RN for complex procedures. This assignment requires deep specialized experience:
- Surgical Focus: Must have very strong skills in complex Neuro , Spine , and advanced Orthopedic surgeries.
- Robotics: Proficiency and recent experience with DaVinci Robotic Surgery is required.
- Team Player: Flexibility to scrub on cases when needed (though primary role is circulating).
⏰ Shift Details
This position requires flexibility and commitment to a high-demand schedule:
- Shift: 10H Rotating Days (09:00 AM - 08:00 PM standard shift, but must be flexible for 7:00 AM, 9:30 AM, 11:00 AM, and 1:00 PM start times).
- Call/Overtime: Call is required for at least 1 weekend per month.
- Other Requirements: Must be available for weekends, call shifts, and holidays.
- No block scheduling is available.
