Assignment OverviewAdventist Health Glendale is seeking a highly skilled and reliable Operating Room RN to join their surgical team. This is a standard day-shift assignment requiring a professional who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced OR environment. Candidates must have recent, relevant experience in the specialty to ensure the highest level of patient safety and surgical support.
Key Responsibilities- Intraoperative Care: Act as a patient advocate and clinical expert during surgical procedures.
- Surgical Coordination: Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to ensure a seamless operative experience.
- Sterile Field Management: Maintain and monitor aseptic techniques and the sterile field throughout the duration of procedures.
- Patient Assessment: Perform pre-operative and post-operative assessments and documentation in accordance with hospital policy.
