Description:
This position is for an Operating Room Registered Nurse.
The shift schedule is 5 days a week, from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
There is no block scheduling available.
Call requirements include one 12-hour shift on a Saturday or Sunday each month, with options for either 7 AM to 7 PM or 7 PM to 7 AM.
There is no weekday call.
The nurse will be required to work every other weekend, totaling two weekends per month.
Request time off is limited to a maximum of 5 days, with no more than 2 consecutive days off.
No time off is permitted on holidays, or the day before or after a holiday.
Weekend time off is also not allowed.
Clinicians must be willing to float within the operational needs of the facility.
It is mandatory for all resources to float as needed.
References must be from recent employers, including one from the most recent employer.
Only one reference per employer will be accepted.
Module completion is required before start date and cannot be billed.
Modules may take an average of 4 hours to complete.
Boosters for vaccinations are not required, but proof of vaccinations must be submitted.
Candidates must maintain ongoing communication and provide estimated timelines for required documentation.
If documentation is not received timely, candidates may risk not continuing in the assignment.
