Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an Operating Room setting License: Valid RN Licensure Certifications: BLS, CNOR preferred Must-Have: Scrub and Circulate experience in Cardiac, Hepatobiliary, Robotic, Spine, and Ophthalmology services Description: Provide direct and indirect patient care utilizing the nursing processes. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop nursing care plans. Implement patient education initiatives and ongoing evaluations. Deliver holistic and individualized care to all patients in the assigned area. Develop and coordinate an interdisciplinary plan of care. Incorporate psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors. Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers. Communicate effectively to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Support interdisciplinary team discussions and planning. Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives. Address patient needs promptly and compassionately. Utilize appropriate equipment and technology in the Operating Room.
