Travel Nurse RN - Operating Room - $3,163 per week in Abington, PA

Job Opportunity – Operating Room Nurse (Surgical Scrub) – Pennsylvania

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Pennsylvania

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Day shift, 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM. Weekend requirement of 1 weekend per 6 weeks. Holiday and on-call shifts are optional. No floating or blocked scheduling.

Highlights:

• Must be proficient in scrubbing total joints, neuro, hybrid vascular, and robotic surgery cases
• 19 operating rooms with approximately 50 procedures daily supporting a diverse surgical case mix
• Trauma experience required; preferred experience includes ortho, urology, endoscopy, vascular, thoracic, neuro and neuro spine, bariatrics, plastics, ENT, podiatry, and transplant
• Epic electronic medical records system
• Scrubs provided by facility
• 12-hour orientation program with on-site support

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Valid RN license in Pennsylvania (required at time of application)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience required
• Trauma Level II experience required
• Previous travel experience preferred; first-time travelers accepted with appropriate clinical experience
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions available)
• Ability to complete Pennsylvania state fingerprinting and background clearance requirements
• Epic charting experience preferred
