Key Responsibilities- Circulating & Scrubbing: Provide expert nursing care within the sterile field and circulating throughout various surgical cases.
- Safety Coordination: Ensure adherence to the "Time Out" process and maintain rigorous sterile techniques.
- Patient Advocacy: Monitor patient vitals and anesthesia response during the intraoperative phase.
- Emergency Preparedness: Maintain readiness for trauma or emergency surgical interventions common in a busy urban medical center.
