Travel Nurse RN - Operating Room - $3,406 per week in Lamar, CO

**Join Our Dynamic Surgical Team as an RN: Pre-Op, OR/Circulator, and PACU Expert!** **Job Description:** - Are you a passionate RN with experience in Pre-op, Circulator, and PACU? - Join our collaborative surgical services team in a fast-paced environment where every day is different! **Responsibilities:** - Provide direct patient care across all three areas of surgical services: - Pre-op: Assess and prepare patients for surgery, ensuring they feel confident and informed. - Operative Room/Circulator: Act as the primary caregiver by circulating surgical cases and managing the OR environment. - PACU: Monitor and recover patients post-anesthesia, providing the highest quality of care. - Assist in: - Documenting patient care and assessments. - Coordinating patient transfers and providing emotional support. - Processing instruments and equipment in the central sterilizing area. - Educating patients on their surgical procedures and recovery. **Qualifications:** - Current Colorado RN licensure required. - Minimum of 6 years of combined experience in Pre-op, OR, and PACU preferred. - ACLS certification required; CNOR certification and scrub experience are a plus. **Work Environment:** - Day Shift: 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday with a rotational call schedule. - Engage in a dynamic schedule including potential late days based on surgical case loads. - Night and weekend call coverage shared among circulating staff members. **Special Demands:** - Mental: Ability to perform effectively in stressful situations and communicate well with diverse teams. - Physical: Endurance for long periods of standing and walking, handling heavy lifting, and exposure to blood and body fluids. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
