Shift Timing: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Hours per Week: 36 Hours
Candidate Pay Rate: $60/hr (Blended)
Blended Roles and Responsibilities
Circulate in a high-volume Operating Room across all surgical service lines
Provide 1:1 patient care throughout perioperative procedures
Prepare OR suites, instruments, and equipment prior to procedures
Assist surgical teams during procedures including trauma cases
Maintain sterile field and ensure strict adherence to surgical protocols
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical techs for optimal outcomes
Monitor patient status and respond rapidly to intraoperative changes
Document procedures and patient care accurately in Epic EMR
Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards
30 Operating Rooms with diverse surgical specialties
1:1 patient ratio ensuring focused, high-quality care
Full OR support team including Surgical Techs, Anesthesia Techs, and Care Techs
Exposure to all service lines including trauma cases
No floating required
