• Provide perioperative nursing care across a high-volume OR environment with 19 suites and approximately 55–60 cases per day
• Support a full-service surgical program including general, orthopedic, neurological, robotic, and cardiothoracic cases (excluding major pediatrics, transplants, and C-sections in the main OR)
• Participate in on-call rotation approximately every 7th weekend; specialty call (ortho/neuro or cardiac/thoracic) assigned only if cases fall within the nurse's documented competency
• Rotate holiday coverage in coordination with permanent staff
• Respond to call within 30 minutes when on-call obligations are active
• Scrubbing is preferred but not required; must demonstrate broad competency across most surgical services

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum 2–3 years of Operating Room experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proficiency with Meditech EMR
• Basic competency across nearly all surgical service lines
• Skills checklist must accurately reflect experience level; any skill rated a 3 must indicate true proficiency

• Experience scrubbing in addition to circulating roles
• Background in orthopedic, neurological, robotic, or cardiothoracic surgical cases
• Familiarity with level 2 trauma-equivalent surgical environments

• Work in a well-supported OR environment with 24/7 respiratory therapy, pharmacy, and surgeon coverage, plus scrubs provided
• Join a high-volume, full-service surgical team with diverse case exposure and a structured one-week unit-specific orientation
