Key Responsibilities

• Perform both scrub and circulator roles across a high-volume OR environment with 25–35 cases per day across 11 suites
• Provide skilled perioperative nursing care for a broad range of surgical specialties including Ortho, Neuro, Maxillofacial, ENT, Plastics, Vascular, Colo-Rectal, General, GYN, Robotics, Urology, Spine, Podiatry, Thoracic, and Breast
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient care coordination
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes throughout the perioperative process

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification required – must be issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience
• Must be able to both Scrub and Circulate
• Experience in Thoracic, Trauma, Neuro, Spine, Ortho, and Robotics is required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• CNOR certification preferred
• Experience with EPIC EMR
• Exposure to a broad surgical case mix including Maxillofacial, ENT, Plastics, Vascular, and GYN
