Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care within a high-acuity operating room environment
• Participate in call, weekend, and holiday coverage as required
• Support neurosurgical and vascular surgical cases with demonstrated clinical competency
• Utilize facility scheduling and workforce management platforms to manage assignments and communication
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes across a range of complex procedures

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia or a compact state license
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Level I Trauma center experience required
• High proficiency on OR skills checklist, including neuro and vascular competencies
• Must have personal electronic devices capable of accessing required workforce management applications (e.g., scheduling and communication platforms)
• Proficiency with standard workplace productivity and scheduling software required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-volume, academic, or teaching hospital setting
• Broad surgical specialty exposure across multiple service lines
• Strong adaptability and ability to acclimate quickly to new facility workflows
