Schedule / Job TypeContract | Night Shift (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct perioperative nursing care within a high-volume inpatient surgical unit operating 24/7
- Support a wide range of surgical service lines including Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Urology, General Surgery, and Thoracic Surgery
- Assist with robotic-assisted surgical procedures utilizing advanced surgical technology
- Manage a daily case volume ranging from 28 to 55 cases, adapting to dynamic surgical schedules
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes throughout the perioperative process
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Operating Room experience
- Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Proficiency across multiple surgical specialties including but not limited to robotics, neuro, ortho, plastics, and gynecology
Preferred Experience / Skills- Current AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Experience with robotic-assisted surgical platforms (e.g., Xi robotic systems) across General, Urology, and Thoracic service lines
