Key Responsibilities- Provide direct perioperative nursing care within an 11-OR suite performing general, neuro/spine, cardiovascular/thoracic, orthopedic, gynecological, and robotic surgeries
- Maintain a 2:1 patient ratio and adhere to all OR safety and sterile field protocolsparticipation in on-call requirements including 1–2 nights per week and 1–2 weekend call shifts per month
- Participate in on-call requirements including 1–2 nights per week and 1–2 weekend call shifts per month
- Document patient care accurately using the facility EMR system (Meditech)
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including charge nurses, surgical technologists, and specialty surgical teams
Required Qualifications- Active RN license with eligibility to practice in Colorado
- Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital Operating Room RN experience
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Ability to perform across multiple surgical specialties including general, neuro/spine, CVT, ortho, GYN, and robotics
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience with Meditech EMR strongly preferred
- Charge nurse experience highly preferred; candidates with this background will be given priority consideration
- Precepting experience is a plus
- Flexible, adaptable personality with strong communication skills
