Key Responsibilities- Deliver quality nursing care through the utilization of the nursing process in an operating room setting
- Perform circulating duties across a range of surgical specialties including general, orthopedic, gynecological, urological, and ophthalmological procedures
- Work collaboratively with the surgical team and other healthcare professionals to maintain standards for professional nursing practice
- Carry out functions in accordance with facility policy, mission, and standards of practice as defined by professional and regulatory guidelines
- Support both outpatient and inpatient surgical cases for adult and pediatric patients
- Utilize CPSI electronic medical records system to document patient care
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan
- Current BLS certification
- Previous OR circulating experience required
- Experience in Orthopedic, OB-GYN, and General surgery required
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in Urology and Ophthalmic surgery preferred
- Prior travel nursing experience preferred
