Position: Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) $$SN$$
Location: Baltimore, Maryland
Shift: Days 3x12s (11:00 AM – 11:30 PM)
Duration: 13 weeks
Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care for patients undergoing surgical procedures.
Prepare the operating room, equipment, and surgical supplies before procedures.
Circulate during a variety of surgical cases, ensuring patient safety and maintaining a sterile environment.
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical technologists, and the interdisciplinary team.
Assist with orthopedic, vascular, robotic, plastic, general, gynecologic, and bariatric surgical procedures.
Monitor patients throughout surgery and document care accurately.
Participate in an on-call rotation consisting of 4 call shifts every 6 weeks (2 weekdays and 2 independent weekend day/night shifts).
