Contract | Travel | Days | 5x8-hour shifts, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care within a Main OR setting, supporting a broad range of surgical specialties including Neuro/Spine, General Surgery, and Orthopedics
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio throughout surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and quality outcomes
• Operate and assist with OR equipment and technology, including robotic-assisted surgical systems
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Epic EMR
• Participate in on-call responsibilities as required by the unit
• Adhere to facility dress code standards, including navy scrubs and restrictions on nail polish, T-shirts, fleece jackets, and hooded garments

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification required
• NIH certification required
• Minimum 2+ years of OR nursing experience
• Demonstrated experience in General Surgery and Orthopedics
• Recent, hands-on experience with Epic EMR

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Da Vinci robotic surgical system
• Experience with Maxillofacial (MaxFace) surgical procedures
• Background in Neuro/Spine surgical cases
