Provide skilled perioperative nursing care within a main operating room setting
Support and participate in Trauma, Neuro, and Orthopedic surgical cases
Fulfill call rotation requirements, including two to three 12-hour weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) per six-week schedule, covering both day and overnight call windows
Participate in a weekly on-call shift with the expectation of remaining up to two hours beyond the standard shift end to cover cases that extend past scheduled hours (compensated as on-call time)
Assist with holiday call coverage as needed when holidays fall on weekdays
Required Qualifications
Active Idaho Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Current BLS certification required
Current ACLS certification required
Demonstrated experience in Trauma, Neuro, and Orthopedic surgical specialties
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a high-volume or Level I/II trauma center operating room environment
Ability to adapt to varied surgical specialties and fast-paced case loads
