Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Onsite | Rotating Day/Night Shifts | 4x10 or 4x12 | Variable shifts including weekends and call. Day shift options: 7a–5:30p or 7a–7:30p (M, T, Th, F) with Wednesday starting at 9a. Night shift options: 7p–5:30a or 7p–7:30a (M, T, Th, F) with Wednesday starting at 9p. When scheduled on weekends, shifts are 12 hours; remaining weekday shifts that week will be adjusted to 8 or 10 hours to meet contracted weekly hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care to patients in the operating room setting
• Perform scrub and/or circulating duties across a range of surgical specialties

• Respond to trauma cases and emergent surgical needs consistent with a Level I Trauma Center environment
• Rotate between day and night shifts as scheduled, including weekends and on-call assignments
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and adherence to sterile technique and OR protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current OR nursing experience
• Level I Trauma experience required
• Ability to work rotating day and night shifts, including weekends and call
• Flexibility to work 4x10 or 4x12 shift schedules as assigned

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-volume academic or teaching hospital OR environment
• Proficiency in multiple surgical service lines
