Job Title

Registered Nurse – Operating Room

Location

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 4 x 10-hour shifts per week | On-call rotation included

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled perioperative nursing care across all areas of the Operating Room, supporting a high-volume environment of approximately 65 cases per day
• Support a broad range of surgical specialties including Vascular, General, Orthopedic, Neurology, Eyes, and ENT — all cases except open heart
• Operate and assist with advanced surgical technology including Baxter pumps and robotic systems
• Cross-train to Endoscopy suites as needed to support departmental coverage
• Participate in on-call rotation: one weeknight call every 4 weeks (7PM–7AM) and one weekend shift call (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, up to 24 hours) per 3-month contract period

Required Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license valid in West Virginia
• Current ACLS certification required
• Experience across all areas of the Operating Room
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• A copy of a valid, unexpired driver's license is required with all submissions

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with the DaVinci Robotic Surgical System is a strong plus
• Prior Endoscopy nursing experience
• Familiarity with Phillips and Dynomap equipment
