Registered Nurse – Operating Room

Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care as a circulating RN in a 16-suite operating room environment handling approximately 30 cases per day
- Support a wide range of surgical cases including General, ENT, Neuro, Spine, Orthopedic, and Robotics procedures
- Participate in an on-call rotation, including weeknight, weekend, and select holiday call coverage, with a 30-minute response time requirement
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Epic EMR
- Collaborate with OR technicians, charge nurses, and house supervisors to ensure safe and effective surgical care delivery
- Float within designated facilities only in cases of extreme staffing need
Required Qualifications- Active RN licensure in the state of Colorado (or compact eligibility)
- Current BLS certification
- Demonstrated Trauma and Neurology experience in an OR setting
- Proficiency with Epic EMR
- Must be available and present in-state for the full week of facility orientation
Preferred Experience / Skills- Charge nurse experience in an operating room or surgical setting
- Experience with Robotics-assisted surgical cases
- Familiarity with a high-volume, multi-specialty OR environment
