Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Days (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) | Weekends as needed | On-call required
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in an inpatient surgical/operating room setting
- Assist surgical teams throughout perioperative phases including pre-op, intraoperative, and post-op care
- Maintain a safe and sterile surgical environment in accordance with established protocols
- Respond to on-call needs as required by the department
- Work weekends as needed to support surgical scheduling demands
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio or compact eligibility
- Experience in an inpatient surgical or operating room environment
- Ability to work a 40-hour work week on a day shift schedule
- Availability for on-call assignments as required
- BLS certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills- CNOR certification or pursuit of certification preferred
- Experience with a variety of surgical specialties
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity surgical environment
