Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis
• Assume responsibility for patient care outcomes at the unit level
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care has been delegated
• Support nursing leadership to ensure high quality and safe nursing care
• Monitor and manage appropriate resources related to patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan or compact eligibility
• Operating Room clinical experience
• Demonstrated competency in clinical assessment and care planning

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with staff supervision and delegation in a surgical setting
• Familiarity with scrub and/or circulating roles in the OR
