Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 3x12s, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM | Expected 36 hours/week | On-site

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care to patients in the operating room setting
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes throughout the surgical process
• Adhere to established protocols, sterile technique, and infection control standards during all OR procedures
• Participate in rotating on-call assignments, including approximately one backup call day every other week for the night shift and approximately one 24-hour weekend call shift per month, subject to change based on unit needs

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Travel nursing experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an acute care or hospital-based operating room environment
• Familiarity with rotating call schedules in a surgical setting
