Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an ambulatory surgery setting throughout the perioperative continuum
- Assist with preoperative patient assessment, preparation, and education
- Circulate or scrub in operating room procedures as assigned
- Monitor patient status intraoperatively and communicate changes to the surgical team
- Facilitate safe patient recovery and discharge in accordance with facility protocols
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in operating room or ambulatory surgery nursing
- Ability to work day shift hours
Preferred Experience / Skills
- CNOR certification or equivalent perioperative nursing credential
- Experience in a high-volume ambulatory surgery or outpatient surgical environment
