Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a 23-OR main operating room environment with a 1:1 patient ratio
Perform scrub and/or circulating duties across a range of elective surgical cases including Orthopedic, Spine, General, Cardiovascular, Plastics, GYN, Robotics, and Urology
Collaborate with a team of approximately 70 OR staff members to ensure safe and efficient surgical care
Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR
Adapt to varied case assignments while maintaining flexibility and professionalism in a fast-paced surgical environment
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 1 year of current hospital acute care Operating Room RN experience
Current BLS certification
Current ACLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience with Orthopedic and/or Spine surgical cases
Experience with Cardiovascular (CV) surgical cases
