Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
- Supervise staff to whom appropriate patient care has been delegated
- Ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care is delivered at the unit level
- Monitor and support competency of clinical staff within the operating room setting
- Manage appropriate resources related to patient care in alignment with facility nursing leadership
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Experience in an Operating Room or perioperative nursing setting
- Demonstrated ability to assess and manage patient care needs in a surgical environment
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to supervise delegated care
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience supporting nursing leadership or charge nurse responsibilities
- Familiarity with resource management and staffing within a surgical unit
