Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Operating Room setting throughout assigned shifts
• Maintain compliance with facility protocols, scheduling requirements, and float policies between sister facilities as needed
• Complete required onboarding modules prior to and during orientation
• Adhere to contracted schedule, including holiday coverage commitments
• Collaborate with surgical and perioperative teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room experience
• Must commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to qualify as a traveler
• Clean background; facility does not accept background hits
• Two professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a travel nursing capacity within a hospital system
• Familiarity with perioperative workflows and scrub or circulating roles in the OR
• Flexibility to cover additional shifts beyond the base contracted schedule when available
