Contract | Days | Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 9-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled perioperative nursing care to patients throughout the operative experience
• Assist with surgical procedures across a combination of specialties including Orthopedics, Plastics, and OB/GYN
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and adherence to sterile technique protocols
• Monitor and assess patient status before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Document patient care activities accurately in the facility's electronic medical records system

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience with a combination of Orthopedics, Plastics, and/or OB/GYN

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a fast-paced surgical environment with diverse case types
• Familiarity with scrub and circulator roles within the OR
• Strong communication and teamwork skills within a multidisciplinary surgical team
