Job Title:
Registered Nurse – Operating Room
Overview:
Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nurse specializing in advanced surgical procedures and specialty areas. In this vital role, you'll provide high-quality patient care utilizing the Nursing Process within the framework of regulatory standards, demonstrating leadership, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to excellence. Your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes, support interdisciplinary collaboration, and uphold the company's dedication to professional growth and patient safety.
Pay: $2,600 Weekly
Shift: 6:30am - 3pm Monday - Friday
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Operating Room (Davinci Robotics Trained, Mako Robotics Trained, Neuro Spine, Ortho, General Surgery, Gyn, Ophthalmology, ENT, Podiatry)
- Proficiency with DaVinci Robotics and Mako Robotics is required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and self-directed work habits.
- Sound judgment and interpersonal skills.
- Effective delegation and leadership capabilities.
- Ability to assess learning needs and implement appropriate teaching strategies.
- Competent in utilizing data and information to evaluate and foster improvements in patient care.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance standards relevant to healthcare.
- Current RN license in the state of practice and BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Specialized training or certification in relevant clinical areas is highly advantageous.
Other Requirements:
- Must hold a valid RN license in the practicing state.
- Certification in clinical specialty areas is preferred.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including heavy exertion up to 100 pounds occasionally, with adherence to safety protocols.
- Exposure to blood, body fluids, tissue, and potentially communicable diseases is inherent to this role.
- Work may involve direct patient contact, specimen handling, and exposure to hazardous materials and medications.
- Must comply with all applicable safety, privacy, and regulatory standards.
- Position may require flexibility in work hours and shifts.
