Contract | Days | Onsite

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care has been delegated
• Ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care is delivered in the operating room setting
• Monitor and support competency of clinical staff under supervision
• Manage appropriate resources related to patient care at the unit level

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in an Operating Room or perioperative nursing setting
• Demonstrated ability to assess and manage patient care needs in a surgical environment
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills

• Experience with staff supervision and clinical delegation
• Familiarity with surgical scrub and circulating roles in the OR
