Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care across a high-volume, multi-specialty operating room environment with up to 13 active OR suites
• Support a broad range of surgical procedures including trauma, general surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, open heart, robotics, burn, ophthalmology, gynecology, urology, ENT, plastics, and more
• Participate in rotating weekend call approximately every four weeks; call shifts typically range from 2 to 12 hours and are used to fill evening and night staffing needs
• Collaborate with surgical technologists, anesthesia, and surgical teams to maintain patient safety and efficient room turnover
• Maintain BLS certification and adhere to AORN dress code standards throughout the assignment
• Utilize Meditech EMR for documentation and patient care coordination

Required Qualifications

• Active Idaho RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 3 years of operating room experience
• Trauma experience required
• Shift and call flexibility required
• BLS certification required
• Projected start date of 10/26/2026 or later — earlier start dates cannot be accommodated

Preferred Experience / Skills

• CNOR certification
• Burn experience
• Robotic surgery experience
• Neurosurgery experience
