Schedule / Job TypeContract | Travel | Full-Time | Days | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM | 4x10-hour shifts, Monday–Friday (varying day off) | 36 hours weekly guaranteed | Weekday and weekend on-call requirements | 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing a variety of surgical procedures including General, Orthopedic, Spine, Neuro, GYN, ENT, Robotics, Urology, Podiatry, Vascular, and Open Heart surgeries
- Operate and manage a variety of OR equipment within a 10-OR suite environment
- Utilize EPIC EMR system for accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Anticipate surgical team needs and maintain a proactive, self-directed approach throughout procedures
- Participate in weekday and weekend on-call rotations as required
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 3 years of Operating Room nursing experience
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Positive, adaptable, and self-starting personality with the ability to anticipate team needs
Preferred Experience / Skills- Robotics training or experience in robotic-assisted surgical procedures
- Experience with Vascular and/or Open Heart surgical cases
