Travel RN – Operating Room

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Days | Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care as a circulating RN in a fast-paced ambulatory surgery center environment
Support a wide variety of surgical service lines including orthopedic/sports medicine, general surgery, ENT, gynecology, pediatrics, podiatry, plastics, and urology
Maintain 1:1 patient ratios in the OR and collaborate with a multidisciplinary surgical team including OR charge RNs, surgical techs, SPD techs, and radiology techs
Utilize paper-based documentation and SIS electronic medical record systems as required
Float to additional surgery center locations in the Denver area on an as-needed basis
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of current acute care Operating Room RN experience
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Colorado or compact licensure eligibility
Current BLS certification
Current ACLS certification
Ability and willingness to float to multiple surgery center locations within the Denver area
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience circulating across a variety of surgical service lines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Pediatric (PEDS) surgical experience
Flexible, self-motivated, and positive attitude with the ability to adapt quickly to new environments
