Contract | Days (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or variable by one half hour) | Monday – Friday | No weekends | No on-call | Overtime may be required

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned patient or group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate patient care with other disciplines and healthcare team members
• Apply critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in clinical decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from an approved vendor
• Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS) certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Acute care facility experience
• Spanish language proficiency
